My methodology is heavily influenced by the coaching methods and style of teaching I experienced while attending the Robbins Madanes Training - Coaching Mastery Program
Questions are always encouraged and considered to be an integral part of the learning process
Time is an asset which is given of freely which includes, when needed, extra classes, individual tutoring, extra practice sessions & reviews
The goal is to build each student's knowledge, skills, and confidence as a practitioner

Process:
When the class focus becomes learning the particulars of each type of session, practice sessions with fellow students are begun. These count towards certification
After the course work and these practice sessions are finished, sessions with volunteers are begun.
Generally 3 volunteer clients are worked with at a time.
This enables that each step of the process is reinforced in close proximity.After each session a recording is sent in and a review is done, preferably the next day.
This allows the student to learn from and correct their mistakes right away, with the other clients currently being worked with.
Practice Clients:
A Minimum of 10 Who Go Through the Full Process
Since the Certification is of Competency Not Completion, Additional Clients May Be Required
We Assist in Finding Volunteers When Needed
Submit:
Practice Session Audio Recordings for Each Part of the Process, Immediately After the Session
Review:
Each Submitted Session is Reviewed Before Moving On To the Next Session
This is Maintained for Sessions Both With the Same Client and Other Clients

Any Issues Found Will Be Reviewed Either Via Email or Zoom and the Practitioner Will Be Worked with to Correct Them.
If Needed, Another Set of Client Recordings from Sessions Done After the Review Will Be Requested

The certification is of competency, not completion. We work with you until you are fully competent in every step of the process.
After certification you are always welcome to ask questions and submit difficult sessions for review.
If you take a break in doing sessions and would like a brush up before resuming, we are more than happy to work with you on this.
